Welcome to SocialFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and automated content cross-posting tools provided by SocialFlow. By registering an account, connecting social networks, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SocialFlow offers content automation and syndication software. Users can write, upload, and schedule posts or video files to be published across multiple connected social media accounts (including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Threads) using API and OAuth authentications. The platform also provides user analytics summaries and AI generation features.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must create a SocialFlow account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your credentials (email and password) secure.
Be solely responsible for all activities and postings carried out under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the content (texts, links, images, and videos) that you compose, upload, and schedule through SocialFlow. You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload, distribute, or cross-post content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or infringes on another party's copyright or intellectual property rights.
Transmit spam, bulk promotional materials, or automated link-farms that violate the developer guidelines of connected platforms.
Attempt to bypass, overload, or disrupt our platform servers or exceed the authorized API rate limits of connected platforms.

Limitation of Liability for Account Suspensions:
SocialFlow is an automation tool that facilitates publishing at your command. We are not liable for any suspension, block, shadowban, or restriction placed on your connected social media channel (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) resulting from content posted using our Service or violations of those channels' respective guidelines.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

Subscription Tiers: Certain features (such as increased daily post limits or expanded social connections) require a paid subscription. Billing details and plan tiers are outlined in our pricing tables.
Billing Gateways: Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. By upgrading to a paid tier, you authorize SocialFlow to charge your account on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Billing Panel. Cancellation stops future renewals, but previously paid fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all content you upload, write, and publish using SocialFlow. We do not claim ownership or control over any of your posts.

Our Platform: The SocialFlow logo, interface, designs, code, analytics scripts, and branding remain the exclusive property of SocialFlow, Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SocialFlow makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's stability, uptime, or uninterrupted connectivity. We do not guarantee that connected third-party APIs (e.g. YouTube API, TikTok Open API) will remain static, and we are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platform updates.

7. Termination of Use

We reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to SocialFlow at any time, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive platform activity.
